Local Manager Nannup SES Nannup SES is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to take on the role of Local Manager. This position reports directly to the regional District Officer and oversees all aspects of Unit operations, including emergency response, training, administration, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with a passion for supporting volunteers and enhancing local emergency preparedness. Genuine commitment to contributing to a community-focused emergency service. Desirable Criteria Understanding of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES). Broad knowledge of the State Emergency Service and its operational role. Completion of, or progress toward, formal emergency management training. Experience in leading and supporting volunteers.
