Early Childhood Teacher Busy Bees at Rivergums Location: Rivergums in Baldivis, Perth, WA 6171 Licensed Capacity: 95 places Salary Range: $41.88 $57.94/hour (ECT scale, depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Service at Busy Bees Rivergums. This role is ideal for an experienced ECT with more than 1 year of experience, who is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare children for their transition to school. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a program aligned with the VEYLDF and EYLF Creating engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments for preschool children Documenting and assessing childrens learning and development Building strong, collaborative partnerships with families, children, and colleagues Supporting the centre team to ensure high-quality outcomes in line with the NQF and VECTEA standards What Youll Need Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) Current VIT Registration (provisional or full) At least 1+ year experience Strong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQF WWCC (working with Children Check) for WA Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications A collaborative and professional approach to teaching and learning At Busy Bees, our people are the heart of what we do.
