Mayfield Industries is seeking an experienced Commercial & Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing projects across our operations. Your Impact Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering and manufacturing projects. Strengthen commercial performance through margin protection, forecasting and contract administration. Develop and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, uplifting capability and governance. Drive project governance, PMO scheduling maturity, scheduling overnight and delivery assurance. Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Site teams for seamless execution. Manage risk, WHS, quality compliance, FATs, commissioning and handover. Build strong client relationships and resolve delivery escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. Enable continuous improvement and PMO alignment. Contribute to continuous improvement and PMO framework development. What Were Looking For 710+ years delivering complex, multi-disciplinary engineering/manufacturing projects. Proven leadership experience across PM teams and cross-functional delivery. Strong commercial and contract administration capability (RFIs, EOTs, variations, claims). Experience in governance, project controls, scheduling oversight and risk management. Experience across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Site Delivery. Strong stakeholder and client management capability. Understanding of WHS, quality, FATs, commissioning and handover requirements. Exposure to heavy electrical, utilities, or industrial engineering projects highly regarded. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field. Postgraduate qualification (MBA/MEngM) highly regarded.
