Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, support, supervision and oversight to an administration team to deliver effective and efficient administrative services in a culturally humble and safe manner across the organisation. Evaluate and improve internal administration functions utilised across the organisation and build a procedural manual that records these processes and procedures. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of HR program Employment Hero. Set priorities and monitor workflow of the administration team and functions. Coordinate volunteer programincluding recruitment, training, reporting and skills developmentthat align our volunteerism with National Volunteering Standards. Provide highlevel executive support to the CEO, including administrative tasks, managing boardmeeting material, taking and preparing minutes, and handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Maintain a continuous effort to implement the Sanctuary model into daily practice and oversee the administration aspects of maintaining accreditation.
