You will be nominated supervisor for our Vasse Centre, 77 occupancy.Do you have a PASSION and VISION for exceptional Early Childhood Education, ready to Lead, Inspire, Grow your Career? Then we need YOU to lead our Educational Team!!You will be supported by a very supportive Approved Provider, Area Manager and Head Office team.We prefer you to have exceptional operational experience and be an advocate for the highest quality care and education for our children, whilst supporting families and the local community. We would love to support you if you feel you have the passion and skills to grow.Relevant qualifications and certificates required including: Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor qualifications, Working with Children Checks, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Police Checks and minimum 1 year Centre Director experience.The RoleManaging our centre in line with company policies, procedures and targetsDevelop a positive and engaging community presenceProvide leadership, support and guidance to staff and students as neededDevelop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staffInduct and support new team membersImplement initiatives to encourage increased occupancy rateEnsure centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation and National Quality StandardsEnsure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standardsRequired ExperienceA minimum of 1 year experience as a Centre ManagerBachelor of Early Childhood Education or hold a Diploma in Children ServicesA current Working with Childrens Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection, Proda RA numberExtensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment processStrong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement ProgramExtensive experience within the Early Childhood sectorTeam playerExcellent communication, leadership and management skillsHighly organised and ability to multi-taskBenefitsExcellent Remuneration based on skillProfessional Development opportunitiesGenerous Staff DiscountSponsorship Visa for the right candidateWe thank you for the time in reading this far and we trust this may be the exciting position YOU have been waiting for!! #J-18808-Ljbffr
