Outside School Hours Care Service Director At Camp Australia, children are at the heart of everything we do. THE ROLE We are searching for our next leader to step into the role of a Service Director at our vibrant Before and After School Care service in Larrakeyah. This is a rare fulltime opportunity to lead one of our larger services and make a meaningful impact on children, families and educators. Your 38hour week will be a blend of rostered operational hours and flexible noncontact admin timegiving you autonomy to shape your day and support your service effectively. As a Service Director, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging, childcentred program while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework. You will lead, support and develop your team, build strong relationships within the service and model behaviours that empower both the children and the educators.
