About the Role P&H Dhillon Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and handson Store Manager to lead daytoday operations. The role involves managing staff, maintaining consistent service quality, and supporting business growth through effective store management and local engagement. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations including kitchen coordination, service quality, and delivery efficiency to ensure a consistent and enjoyable customer experience. Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging, and beverages, placing timely orders to prevent shortages or waste while maintaining product freshness. Develop pricing and promotional strategies that reflect local demand and seasonal trends, supporting both profitability and customer loyalty. Supervise staff performance, manage rosters, and provide ongoing training to maintain service standards and team motivation. Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures to meet company and regulatory requirements. Review sales performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve cost control and overall store performance. Liaise with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure reliability, quality, and consistency in supply chain operations. Engage with customers, resolve complaints promptly, and promote new menu items or deals to enhance repeat patronage. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management (preferred but not required) Skills & Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role within the food or retail industry. Proven success in team leadership, operations, and customer service excellence. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Sound knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and sales analysis. Familiarity with WHS and food safety compliance standards. Proficiency in POS systems, rostering, and operational reporting.
