Our Management Accounting & Financial Analysis team provide a range of services including: coordination of budget processes; development of budget statements; Parliamentary Estimates preparation; management of internal budgets; provision of financial information for key performance indicators; financial analysis and advice on budgeting and forecasting; and internal financial reporting. Opportunities Level3 Financial Planning and Analysis Officer prepares and assists in the preparation of various internal and external financial reports and statutory returns, performs budget analysis and provides financial management services to designated directorates. Level4 Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Officer assists in the preparation of various internal and external financial reports (including the Annual Report and State Budget Papers), monitors budgets and maintains financial costing models for the costing of services; works collaboratively with managers and staff to ensure highquality service. Level4 Project Officer provides administrative support to the manager and project team to support successful project delivery and assist other teams. Level5 Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst responsible for the monthly financial report packages and provides analyses on major variances with appropriate strategies; ensures the integrity of budget information and assists in the annual budget development and quarterly review process. Level6 Senior Project and Financial Planning Analyst prepares and monitors budgets, develops and maintains reports including the Executive Management Report, coordinates project support and works collaboratively with managers. Level6 Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst monitors budgets, maintains information in the Treasury Strategic Information Management System (SIMS), develops and maintains financial costing models and prepares reports including the Executive Management Report; works collaboratively with managers. Level6 Senior Financial Accountant coordinates and prepares monthly reporting, prepares annual financial statements, reviews monthly balancesheet reconciliation and develops and maintains policies consistent with wholeofgovernment policies, accounting standards and legislation.
