We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food according to the hotel menu and guest preferences. Ensure all kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and microwaves, is properly regulated and maintained at the right temperature. Check the quality and freshness of raw ingredients and store them appropriately to maintain food safety standards. Season dishes correctly and present them in a visually appealing manner. Attend meetings with the Chef, Head Chef, and management to discuss ingredients, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Work under the guidance of the Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Provide training and guidance to kitchen hands, assistant cooks, and waitstaff as needed. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 23 years of experience working in a fine dining restaurant or hotel. Minimum 23 years of cooking experience. At least Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and cooking techniques. Excellent team management and collaboration skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, highpressure environment. Commitment to fulltime work with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
