Bejo Australia is part of an international family-owned company headquartered in the Netherlands. At our Richmond farm, just 30 minutes from Hobart, we produce high-quality hybrid carrot, beet, and brassica seeds in collaboration with growers and the community. Were looking for a handson, proactive team member to help us deliver excellence in crop production. What Youll Do Operate and maintain farming equipment (tractors, ATVs, spray gear, GPScontrolled machinery). Use tractor and truck spraying systems to apply crop recommendations accurately and in line with operational standards. Carry out other field operations including planting, irrigation, fertilising, weeding, trimming. Keep accurate records of chemical usage, spray areas, and weather conditions. Act as a supervisor to casual employees and other colleagues during field operations. What Were Looking For Experience in bedformed and striptill cropping systems. ChemCert certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid Australian drivers licence (MR truck and Forklift HRWL desirable). Competency in appbased work management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for seasonal demands. Safety is our top priority! Youll follow all health and safety procedures, operate equipment responsibly, use Safe Ag Systems as directed, and take ownership by reporting any incidents, near misses, or hazards.
