You will be required to drive and operate a manual tilt tray tow truck and complete accident, breakdown and roadside jobs as well as some yard work. All training is provided on the job. You must have:Minimum MR truck licence (please do not apply if you only hold a C class car licence as you cannot drive the truck on this licence)A current police clearanceCan do attitude with a willingness to learn new skillsYou must also be able to speak clear, fluent English as part of the job role is to convey safety instructions to members of the public.Experience (including hobbies) working with carsAbility to legally park an 8 meter truck at their home addressHave experience driving a heavy/large vehicle in the metro areaHave their forklift ticketThe hours can be flexible for the right person and/or we will consider a job share role. Ideally we are looking to cover 8am-2pm Mon-Fri, with the possibility to work extended hours if we have a higher workload and on call shifts overnight and weekends.
