About the Role This casual Caf Attendant position is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive workplace that values its people and invests in their growth. As a Caf Attendant, you will help create a warm and welcoming caf environment where residents can relax, socialise, and enjoy refreshments. Your contribution will support resident wellbeing and enhance the overall lifestyle experience at Arcare Caboolture. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Provide friendly, attentive service to residents, staff, and visitors Greet customers, take orders, and manage transactions professionally Food & Beverage Preparation Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and simple snacks/light meals Menu Management Assist in reviewing and updating the caf menu with consideration for dietary needs and resident preferences Cash Handling Process cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securely Stock Management Monitor food, beverage, and supply inventory and reorder as needed Cleaning & Maintenance Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe caf environment Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Skills & Experience Food Handlers Certificate Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn Strong teamwork skills Friendly and effective communication abilities Ready to Apply?
