Our Store Managers play a critical role in driving store performance and team success by leading operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing highperforming teams. As a key leader, you are responsible for maintaining compliance, strategically managing financial outcomes, and creating a positive work culture that aligns with Targets strategic goals. You lead by example, balancing daytoday priorities with longterm growth and development. What are we looking for?
