This is your opportunity to leave a lasting imprint in the realm digital health.About the RoleThe Business Analyst is responsible for delivering conformance service functions within the Connected Care branch. This role will be a full-time, ongoing APS6 opportunity that is available for an immediate start. The Business Analyst works closely with key stakeholders to develop and document business requirements aligned with the portfolios vision.This position involves applying sound judgment and decision-making to address issues, drive product design changes, and support strategic objectives. Operating under broad direction, the role requires a high level of autonomy and collaboration to manage complex service delivery and problem-solving activities.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed requirement analysis and produce clear documentationPerform risk assessments to inform decision-makingDevelop and document business processes to support service deliveryCreate and maintain conformance artefacts in line with the Conformance FrameworkSupport the delivery of conformance services, ensuring alignment with established standardsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with project managers to facilitate successful project outcomesSkills and ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record in delivering complex service.Demonstrated capability in gathering and documenting requirements, conducting risk assessments, and developing business processes.Experience in developing and maintaining requirement artefacts aligned with structured frameworks.Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Familiarity with digital health project delivery and working knowledge of standards such as HL7 CDA, V2, and FHIR is highly regarded.For all queries relating to the responsibilities of the position, please contact Yuki Yu at [email protected] us about our 2025-26 salary increases, annual performance reviews and superannuation employer contribution of 15.4%.Salary packaging (also known as salary sacrifice) is available.Annual Christmas closedown with no leave deduction!Our Wellbeing Sessions & Employee Assistance Program will give you the best opportunity to balance work and life.Work From Home & Attractive Flexible Working Arrangements: All staff can apply for flexible work arrangements that offer a range of options for how, when and where you work.Collaborative workspaces with new technology available within central locations.Agency Study bank: Our employees are eligible for financial assistance up to 100% of costs and up to 7.5 hours per week study leave as per our study assistance guidelines.Generous leave opportunities including Parental (primary & secondary), compassionate, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Leave, Cultural, Emergency Response, Defence, Half Pay option, and Portability of leave across most State and Federal government agencies.Accumulate flextime for hours performed in addition to ordinary hours of work.
