With operations across Australia and Singapore, we support domestic and global managed funds, banking and financial services organisations, government bodies and sovereign wealth funds, and not-for-profits.This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with our CEO and Corporate Services Leadership Team (Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of People & Culture). As their trusted partner, you''ll manage executive priorities, drive governance processes, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. No two days will be the same, and your contribution will be visible and valued.About the RoleThis role is full-time, three to four days a week in the office. Other responsibilities may include:Managing calendars for C-suite executives by scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and booking rooms, providing day-to-day supportKey liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersAttending internal meetings, document outcomes, and support various team members across administrative tasksCoordinating and managing PCT company-hosted events, overseeing logistics, venues, catering, and budgetsAssisting with internal and external event coordination, reception, and board meeting logisticsCoordinating strategic meetings, priorities, and follow-ups across the PCT divisionLeading and collaborating with business support teams to drive operational efficiencyPreparing board papers, financial reports, and governance materialsSupporting internal and external communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and stakeholder engagementOversee travel arrangements, expense management, and administrative processes to support executive and team needs.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:5+ years'' experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally from a financial services backgroundExceptional stakeholder management and gatekeeping instinctsStrong Microsoft Office skills and tech-savvinessDiscretion, loyalty, and a calm presenceResilience, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindsetWe''re passionate about shaping the future and we love hearing from people who share that vision.
