We are seeking bright minds to join our dynamic graduate program, launching February 2027 in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Our tailored graduate program is designed to set you up for success, providing broad exposure to all areas of the business through discipline-aligned rotations. The program will also offer the opportunity to travel to our interstate offices and power generation sites to give you the chance to learn from our subject matter experts. After you complete the two-year rotational graduate program, you will continue on as a valued permanent full-time employee.
