Youll also be instrumental in unlocking advertising opportunities for our valued suppliers.What youll doBe the go-to expert ensuring feed-based advertising media is delivered flawlessly.Collaborate with the Search, Social, and Programmatic teams and act as a subject matter expert in Products Up and the Google Marketing Platform stack (GA360, SA360, DV360).Work with our GA360 agency partner and vendors.Deliverables include:Spearheading data initiatives, platform integrations, and martech.Product feed management and feed optimisations to improve performance.Manage BAU feed projects, troubleshoot impacted items (e.g., disapproved products in Google Merchant Center and Commerce catalogues in Social platforms), and provide SME support for platform delivery and maintenance.Research and present new concepts to drive platform and digital channel efficiency.Collaborate with the Lead Platforms Specialist to create end-to-end execution processes and reuse base elements for timely market response.Strive for quality execution (QA outcomes) of feed-based campaigns across digital media channels.Initiate test and learn programs to trial best practices and leading-edge campaigns and tactics to drive conversion.Work closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and priorities for development activities and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.What youll bring+4 years of experience in digital and/or direct marketing, either in an agency or in-house environment. Passion for cutting-edge and emerging technologies.Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, SA360, CM360, and DV360.Troubleshooting experience and technical integration of data and platforms.Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Tableau.Strong data manipulation and analysis skills using Google Sheets/Excel.Deep understanding of digital advertising principles across Paid Search, Social Media, and programmatic buying.Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds optimization.Familiarity with complex data sets and customer databases, including segmentation, clustering, and predictive modeling.Proven problem-solver with strong analytical ability and technical proficiency.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with feed-based performance advertising across GMC, Meta Catalogue, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat.Experience in mobile, email, and/or social advertising.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of creating successful business cases and activity plans.Google Cloud Platform and/or BigQuery experience.What youll experienceHybrid working model offering flexibility between office/hub and remote work.High-impact role supporting teams that enrich communities.Global business with diverse career possibilities and a wide network.Wellbeing programs and 24/7 access to wellbeing resources.Competitive leave policy and team discounts across Woolworths Group brands.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingEveryone belongs at Woolworths Group.
