Within this role you will be working part-time from 9.00pm to 5.30am Friday and Saturdays.Ensure the safety and security of the building during overnight hoursMonitor and control the entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitorsObserve and respond to any suspicious activity through CCTV monitoringAddress noise complaints and disturbances in a calm, professional mannerConduct hourly patrols of Level one, Level 23 and External exit points to maintain security standardsEnforce compliance with building by-laws and house rulesProvide concierge-style service, including general assistance to residents and guestsMaintain detailed duty logs, incident reports, and handoversLiaise with emergency services as needed and follow approved protocolsOperate and manage building systems, including key control, fire panels, and Opera PMSCo-ordinating the mail rooms and parcel return policyOther duties as directed by the Night Manager and Building ManagerRequirements:Ability to work the required overnight hours and weekend work.Must hold a current Victorian Private Security LicenceFluent in English both verbal and written communication skillsWell-groomed and professional appearanceWyndham Hotel uniform providedTraining Provided In:Building systems and key managementOpera PMS usage and Duty Log proceduresDoneSafe OH&S reportingBuilding by-laws and resident code of conductFire and emergency response systems and protocolsHow Youll Be RewardedBuild your career with a value driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
