Familyowned service seeking a passionate and experienced Center Manager to lead and grow our new purposebuilt 80 place service located in Esperance. What you''ll be doing Manage all aspects of the centre''s daily operations, including staff management, program planning, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Integrate a new team of educators and build a happy, safe environment for children, some of whom have never attended childcare before. Oversee the development and implementation of engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the children. Ensure the centre maintains a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff. Effectively communicate with parents, staff, and community stakeholders to build strong relationships and address any concerns. Assist with new site set up in our new facilities, including but not limited to room set ups and ensuring policies and procedures are in place. Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and professional development. Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure the centre''s compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation. What we''re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar childcare or early education management role. Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Thorough understanding of childcare regulations, policies, and best practices. Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
