As a mediumsized company, they are focused on delivering excellence in their products and services, supported by a strong accounting and finance team. Job Description Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Manage monthend and yearend financial close processes. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax reporting requirements. Reconcile balance sheets and maintain accurate accounting records. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decisionmaking. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews. Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures. Provide support for adhoc finance projects and initiatives as required. The Successful Candidate Should Have A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications (CA or CPA preferred). Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations. Experience consolidating financial results for multiple business entities. Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving abilities. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively. Previous experience in an ASX listed environment is highly regarded.
