We specialise in planning, supply, supervision and delivery of safe and efficient traffic control solutions across roadworks, line marking, lane closures, road diversions, construction, and major events. The Opportunity Were looking for a skilled Traffic Control Planner to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for preparing high-quality Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS), Traffic Management Plans (TMP), and permit applications that meet national and state standards. This role suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating safe and efficient traffic management solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate TGS, TMP, Vehicle and Pedestrian Movement Plans using Rapidplan and related software Undertake site inspections and audits to support planning accuracy Liaise with councils and regulatory bodies to obtain ROLs and permits Work closely with Area Managers and Supervisors to meet client expectations Provide technical support and updates on project progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems About You Minimum 3 years experience as a Traffic Control Team Leader or Supervisor Comprehensive understanding of traffic management standards and legislation (RMS TCAWS, AS1742.3) Prepare a Work Zone Traffic Management Plan qualification Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Rapidplan, Nearmap, Google Earth, MS Office Current Australian Drivers Licence Experience with permit processes (preferred but not essential) Why Join TGA?
