We welcome hundreds of players and spectators each week but our bar and caf are just getting started. We have the space, foot traffic, and customer basenow we need the right person (or team) to take ownership and transform the bar and caf into the buzzing heart of our venue. Options include: Employment (fulltime, parttime, or casual leadership roles) Contract management of the caf, bar or both A hybrid partnership arrangement Opportunity to influence design, menu, staffing, and direction Youll have the support of management and access to a builtin customer base from our evergrowing sports and events programs. What Youll Be Responsible For Depending on your skills and preferred scope, your role could include: Daily management of the bar and/or caf RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate must be obtained within 30 days of starting Menu development and product selection Staff recruitment, training and rostering Team leader experience is essential for managing staff recruitment, training and rostering responsibilities Driving sales, promotions and themed events Ordering, stock control and supplier relationships Creating a community vibe and memorable customer experience Working closely with facility management to grow the business Who Were Looking For People who are: Entrepreneurial and excited to build something Friendly, confident and customerdriven Organised, responsible and able to run a venue daytoday Creative with ideas for driving engagement and revenue Keen to take ownership and lead a team Passionate about hospitality, sport, and community Australian permanent residency is required for this position.
