St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas : St Louis Homes NDISapproved provider for younger onset dementia St Louis Home Care Governmentapproved and private support at home care provider St Louis Nursing Home Boutique residential aged care St Louis Allied Health Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities Role : People and Culture Coordinator We are looking for an experienced P&C Coordinator, a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our growing People and Culture Team. The role supports the endtoend employee life cycle, maintains compliance documents and has the opportunity to get involved in HR projects. What you can expect : Support the endtoend employee life cycle. Support HR compliance requirements. Providing systems support - Visual Care, Expr3ss, and Etrainu. Contributing to strategic HR initiatives and improvement projects. Preparing HR reports, documentation and correspondence. To be successful in this role : Youll bring strong organisational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities. Youll be confident in communicating with staff, managers, and candidates across the organisation. Youll have the ability to maintain compliance records with accuracy and discretion. You can thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic, and challenging environment where priorities can shift quickly. You will have a proactive, solutionsfocused approach. Essentials : 2-3 years experience in a HR Coordinator role or equivalent. Have a qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent. Uptodate Influenza vaccination. National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years) Experience using HR and recruitment systems.
