We combine traditional ecological knowledge with Western science to protect and manage west Arnhem Lands unique landscapes. Our work includes fire management, carbon abatement, weed and feral animal control, rock art conservation and cultural heritage protection. Opportunity The Opportunity As Operations Manager, youll play a key leadership role in delivering flagship IPA programs and managing infrastructure across remote ranger bases. This hands-on position is ideal for someone passionate about conservation and cultural integrity. You will Oversee fire, weed and feral animal management programs Manage infrastructure, fleet and assets across the IPA Lead contractor engagement and performance including procurement and contract terms Develop operational plans and systems to improve efficiency Support ranger teams and foster cultural respect and collaboration Location is Darwin, NT, with extensive travel to the Warddeken IPA.
