With strong distribution already established along the east coast, NSW is our next big focus and this role is your opportunity to lead that charge.The Role:As our NSW Account Manager, youll work closely with our existing distributor while building and managing a direct customer base across on-premise and off-premise venues.Your mission? To grow brand awareness, deepen customer relationships, and increase ranging across key NSW regions.Key responsibilities:Maintain and grow a strong customer base across NSWLead sales conversations and proactively respond to inbound enquiriesCollaborate with our distribution partner to support and expand rangingManage and grow sales in on-premise and off-premise channelsExecute national and local campaigns, tastings and activationsWork with MSO groups like Ritchies IGA and other banner accountsPlan and manage an effective call cycle and territory strategyTrack performance, meet sales KPIs and report directly to the National Sales ManagerWho You Are:Experienced in FMCG or liquor sales (beer industry experience a plus)Confident in managing a territory and juggling priorities independentlySelf-driven, solutions-focused and genuinely passionate about beerA clear communicator and relationship-builder who can think on your feetComfortable working autonomously while staying connected to a VIC-based HQRequirements:5+ years experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of driving growth and exceeding targetsMust hold a valid RSAMust have the right to permanently work full time in AustraliaCurrent drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicleBased in NSW (Sydney preferred)Why Bodriggy?Were not simply hiring a sales rep were searching for a pivotal partner in our interstate expansion.
