Grafton Rail Coordinator - Sunshine Sugar (Permanent role)Join our Packaging and Warehouse team at our Grafton Rail Depot, where youll play a key role in the packing and distribution of bulk sugar and specialty syrups from the Harwood Refinery to other Manildra depots. This hands on role, supports daily rail operations and contributes to maintaining high food safety and operational standards.Whats involved?Receive bulk sugar from the Harwood RefineryInspect and load rail wagonsConduct cleaning and washdowns of silos and rail wagonsMonitor and operate bulk storage systems (conveyors, silos, bins)Undertake regular cleaning of the terminal to ensure Food Safety Standards are maintainedParticipate in continuous improvement programsComply with all rail operations and safety systemsPerforming other duties as required, including relief coverage for the supervisorWe are looking for:Experience with rail operations or similar industrial environmentsStrong problem solving skills and attention to detailBasic computer skills (pronto, Microsoft office)Ability to work safely in physically demanding conditions (role can be quite active with exposure to high temperatures and dust)Familiarity with manual handling and mechanical equipment (winches, tools, valves)How to applyTo be considered for this role, please upload a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role along with yourresume.
