We are seeking a motivated and friendly Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the PLG team at Steeples in Mornington. This unique role features no two days the same! Youll deliver exceptional service in our bar and dining areas while also safely operating our 12seater courtesy bus to transport guests around the local area from Thursday to Sunday evenings. The successful candidate will be a reliable and approachable team player who enjoys working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences for every patron. What will my duties include? Deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish. Operate the courtesy bus safely and professionally, providing transport to and from the venue (around the local Mornington area). Assist with bar and venue operations when not driving, including serving food and beverages. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across both service areas and the bus. The role may be fastpaced and require tasks such as lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods, and utilizing stairs. What We Are Looking For Current and valid drivers licence (minimum 5 years of experience driving). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment. Flexible availability, particularly Thursday to Sunday evenings.
