The Corporate Services team is responsible for the management and delivery of effective, Finance, Human Resources, Quality & Accreditation, Information & Communications Technology and Administrative systems, policies, processes and support operations to enable IUIH to meet its business objectives. About the Role Lead the organisation''s cyber security uplift through audit, strategy, and implementation. This role owns the full life cycle of continuously assessing the current environment, developing short and long term roadmaps, and driving delivery by closely partnering with the senior engineers and wider ICT team to keep the environment resilient and compliant. Your day to day duties may include: Provide remote and onsite support to clients and end users. Process documentation in the service desk system is completed and added to the knowledge base. Continuously monitor and assess the organisation''s security posture across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments. Maintain vulnerability management processes, including regular scanning, prioritisation, and remediation tracking. Maintain and refine the organisation''s cyber security roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging threats. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimisation of security tools and technologies. Assist the wider ICT team in achieving and maintaining compliance with ASD Essential Eight, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks through regular audits and evidence collection. Perform regular threat simulations and assist third party penetration tests to validate security posture. Adapt and fine tune ongoing security awareness programs and training tailored to different user groups. About You Requirements: Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD) Current Criminal History Check Bachelor level qualification in IT or related Desirable, but not mandatory Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and/or communities.
