Speech Language Pathologist - Pathway to Team Lead | Hybrid Are you a Speech Language Pathologist who loves working with little ones and their families and wants a real path into leadership, not just another clinic job? We are recruiting for an expanding paediatric early intervention service in Sydney. You will lead the speech pathology arm within an established clinic, working closely with a clinic director with advanced ESDM training, with a clear pathway to managing the speech division as it grows. Why this role is different Paediatric caseload with strong early intervention focus Majority ASD and developmental delay, roughly ages 2 to 7 ESDM informed practice, with genuine depth in the clinic Play based, family centred therapy, not a conveyor belt clinic Multidisciplinary team with regular collaboration and case discussions Hybrid role - mix of clinic-based work and WFH (details tailored around your caseload and family needs) Balanced billables with protected time for admin and documentation Clear pathway to Senior and Team Lead as the service expands Easy access by public transport, with ample onsite and street parking What you will be doing Assessing and treating speech, language, social communication and feeding Delivering play based, naturalistic early intervention aligned with ESDM principles Coaching parents and carers with practical, everyday strategies Writing clear, family friendly reports and goals Collaborating with OT and other clinicians in team meetings Over time, mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to service development About you You are a Speech Language Pathologist who: Holds a recognised degree and SPA membership or eligibility Ideally has 3+ years paediatric experience in early intervention Enjoys partnering with families and seeing progress over time Is ambitious and keen to step into more responsibility over the next 1 to 2 years Is comfortable in an evolving service and keen to refine processes Holds or can obtain a current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check Has full Australian working rights What is on offer Salary range 90k-110k, based on experience Direct mentoring from a clinic director with strong ESDM experience An environment that genuinely expects and supports you to step into leadership Regular supervision and structured professional development Hybrid setup with a purpose-built paediatric clinic in Sydney and flexibility for WFH A team that genuinely believes in early intervention and celebrates progress with families Interested?
