The mentoring program is delivered by a team of professional mentors nationally. As a Mentor, you will walk alongside program participants to collaboratively develop an individualised Pathway Plan to help young parents identify, explore, and advance their goals, including connecting to opportunities and support services. We are seeking qualified to join the Brave Mentoring team supporting young parents Darwin. About You Were looking for someone who: Holds relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in community services, social work, youth work, education, or primary health care (essential). Thrives in a purpose-driven, values-based role. Can work confidently and respectfully with diverse groups, including adolescents, families, professionals, and people from a wide range of cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. Has strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, gather information, and influence decision-making across internal and external stakeholders. Is self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and also enjoys collaborating as part of a small, supportive team.
