This full-time casual contract runs from now through to the end of December, with potential for extension into 2026. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the first point of contact for passengers, supporting them with: Logistics/freight and freight forwarder experience is highly desired Handling disruptions and assisting with rebooking Answering general queries and providing timely, accurate information Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction Youll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same!
