The Opportunity Based in Wingfield, SA, on an initial 12month fixedterm contract, the Administration Officer will support business goals by delivering highquality administrative duties and handling internal stakeholder communication. Deliver excellent administration to allocated contracts and sites. Process driver run sheets, raise purchase orders and perform reconciliations. Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs. Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of endtoend processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines. Continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and improving existing capabilities. About You Were looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent IT and communication skills, and a commitment to sustainability. Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders. Experience using multiple software systems (e.g., Salesforce, JDE, Coupa). Attractive salary package. Paid parental leave.
