You will consolidate knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development, and accept accountability for your own standards of nursing/midwifery care and activities delegated to others.As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you will deliver nursing services across a variety of health settings, applying experience and advanced knowledge to progress from competent to proficient practice. You will mentor and support less experienced staff, accept accountability for delegated activities, and undertake portfolio responsibilities negotiated in line with your career development plan.
