In this role, you will provide safe and effective clinical support to our residents, including medication administration, direct care, and contributing to personalised care plans. Youll work in close partnership with Registered Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, residents, families, and external health professionals to ensure every individual receives care that meets their needs and respects their dignity.
