We are looking for Part-Time Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. You must bededicated to working in the community care model and be able to apply quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and Attendant Care Standards. Be part of a team where your work makes a difference, every single day. What you will do Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives. Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans. Supervise and support Personal Care Workers. Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management. Liaison with medical and allied health care staff. Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach. Who are you and what will you bring Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential. Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
