The Opportunity Were growing fast, which means were on the hunt for a Senior Camper Trailer / Caravan Maintenance Technician whos equal parts problem-solver, handson doer, and quality freak (in the best possible way). This role is for someone who loves variety: one day youre diagnosing electrical gremlins, the next youre finetuning suspension components, the next youre prepping a brandnew build for handover to an excited customer. No two days look the same, and thats how we like it. What Youll Get Stuck Into Keeping our campers in peak condition with scheduled servicing Hunting down mechanical, electrical and structural issues and fixing them right Working across 12V, 240V, plumbing, chassis, cabinetry you name it Prepping new campers for delivery (the final polish matters!) Chatting directly with customers, explaining repairs, giving advice and ensuring they leave confident in their rig Being part of a crew that supports each other, shares a laugh and gets the job done Who Were Looking For You might be from automotive, RV, mechanical or a related trade what matters most is that you take pride in your work and think good enough is never good enough. Wed Love to See 3+ years in a similar trade Strong diagnostic instincts; you can feel when somethings off Confidence with mechanical and basic electrical systems A careful eye and steady hands A positive, downtoearth attitude (Bonus) Trade qualification not essential if your skills speak for themselves If you like fixing things, solving problems and seeing customers drive away happy, youll fit right in.
