Our core values create a caring culture where nutrition and safety meet daytoday life for residents in home care, residential homes, and retirement living.ResponsibilitiesSet up each servery and dining area for every meal period in line with Regis standards.Prepare trolleys for tea breaks and supper.Wash dishes and clean according to the Food Safety Program.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of areas where food is prepared and served.Assist with meal preparation when required.Monitor and record Food Safety Plan requirements, such as temperatures, cleaning schedules, and receipt of goods.Qualifications and SkillsPrevious catering or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.Knowledge of Australian Food Standards and Food Safety.Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clearly.Teamwork, prioritisation and adaptability to support residents.Digital literacy.What Our People Love About Working HereWe genuinely care for our staff and the elderly we serve.
