Support Worker - Calvary This role is to support the Quorn/Wilmington area Permanent Part time Progress with purpose at one of Australias largest health care providers Get ahead with salary packaging, benefits and professional development in a supportive team environment Be part of a dynamic supportive team About the role As a Support Worker your role will beto assist a diverse range of clients under CHSP and HCP programmes. Providing ongoing support with activities of daily living and support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care within clients own homes and out in the community. Key Responsibilities Provide client centred approach care Promote clients choice and decision making Respond and report client deterioration and client wellbeing Enhance clients journey with Calvary Home Care by providing high quality care Ability to be flexible and work vary of shifts, days to meet clients care needs. About you A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable) Current and valid Drivers Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phone Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation Ability to work independently and effectively manage time Proficiency in use of technology such as smart phones, email and internet A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation For further information please contact Julie Grantham - Service Manager for Home Care on 08 8641 1266 Why work for Calvary?
