Chief Operating Officer (COO) Sydney (InPerson Surry Hills) Morning Made is five years in and already the fastest-growing coffeealternative brand on the planet, now in close to 20,000 doors globally and accelerating. Experience: 5+ years leading operations in CPG, beverage, food, or FMCG across multiple markets About the role Own the operational backbone of a hypergrowth consumer brand. Youll run global supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, retail operations, and execution across North America, ANZ, and future markets (UK/EU + Asia). What youll do Build and scale global operations endtoend (comans, 3PLs, QA, freight, materials) across multiple regions. Hit margin targets by driving COGS down through vendor management, negotiation, and mix optimisation. Run retail operations with key global and regional partners (e.g. Walmart, Target, Coles, Woolworths, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Raleys, The Vitamin Shoppe, KeHE, UNFI, and major distributors). Own forecasting, production schedules, supply continuity, and inventory discipline across markets. Implement systems, dashboards, and operating cadence from scratch (S&OP, KPI reporting, SKUlevel economics). Build and lead the global ops/supply chain team as we scale into new channels and regions. Partner directly with the founder on growth plans, capacity planning, and scenario modelling. What you bring 5+ years operations leadership in a highvolume CPG or beverage company, ideally with global or multiregion scope. Deep experience across supply chain, comans, 3PLs, freight, and retail execution. Strong financial lens margin structure, freight impact, working capital, and unit economics.
