The successful candidate will bring a balance of strategic brand leadership, commercial execution and people & culture management. You''ll have proven performance in sales, marketing and DTC/retail channel growth. Your Remit: Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across all business functions - sales, marketing, operations and finance. Take ownership of commercial performance; delivering revenue, margin and EBITDA growth through disciplined cost management, pricing optimisation and channel profitability Expand and strengthen DTC and wholesale channels in Australia, the US and UK, ensuring commercial terms, pricing and customer experience are optimised for each market Build scalable operational systems and processes to support efficiency, agility and international expansion Oversee marketing, creative and brand initiatives to ensure consistency, commercial alignment and impact across all consumer touchpoints Champion innovation across product and category development via a strong NPD pipeline, ensuring new launches are onbrand and commercially successful Embed strong planning, reporting and KPI frameworks that drive rigour, accountability and performance Your Experience: 10+ years experience in senior leadership roles within skincare, cosmetics or consumer goods Proven success driving growth across DTC and retail/wholesale channels Deep financial and P&L management experience with strong commercial acumen Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across multiple revenue streams Strategic band thinker with solid understanding of marketing and digital performance levers Experience operating within a global parent-company structure advantageous Confident communicator and relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders Interested: Apply today.
