Partner Jacaranda Financial Planning Fulltime position located in Sydney. The role is a senior leadership position within the Jacaranda brand, part of the Perpetual Group, an ASXlisted company (ASX:PPT) headquartered in Sydney. As Partner you will lead a highperforming team of financial advisers and associates, driving strategic growth, operational excellence and a clientcentric culture, while leveraging the resources of the Perpetual Group. Build a supportive and collaborative culture that encourages sharing of knowledge and resources. Business Leadership Execute our strategic growth plan, driving client acquisition and retention, with a focus on optimised retirement and superannuation outcomes. Oversee the financial and operational performance of the Jacaranda business, ensuring targets are met. ClientCentric Leadership Foster trust, transparency and respect in client relationships, ensuring advice is always in the best interest of clients. Maintain direct, open lines of communication with clients to clarify complex financial matters and support informed decisionmaking. Growth Mindset and Innovation Continuously identify new business opportunities and improve service delivery, leveraging industry insights and Perpetual Group resources. About You FASEAapproved degree or an equivalent qualification in financial planning (essential). Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning or CFP accreditation (highly regarded). 10+ years experience as a financial adviser. 5+ years experience leading a team in financial services. Experience providing complex retirement planning advice. Strong track record of delivering sustainable, profitable business growth in client acquisition and revenue. Proven ability to build and lead highperforming teams. Demonstrated ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
