The Role This exciting role sets the strategic direction for the high-performing People & Culture Partnerships team. As a key member of the People & Culture leadership team, you will provide expert, people-focused advice to senior leaders, drive forward-thinking initiatives, and solve complex workplace problems. Ensure timely and professional support is delivered to senior leaders on a wide range of sensitive and/or high-risk employment related issues. Support the team with complex industrial relations matters and case management through expert advice or direct involvement where necessary. Identify, develop, implement, and embed people-focused programs and initiatives that support the university''s strategic direction. Best practice HR leadership experience across the full employee life cycle. Highly developed advisory skills in employee / industrial relations. Significant experience in strategic partnering to support transformational people initiatives. A proven track record in developing and leading high-performing teams. Knowledge of the Australian industrial relations framework.
