Peoplebank is exclusively partnering with a leading healthcare technology provider operating across Australia and New Zealand to recruit a handson Head of IT. This organisation builds software solutions supporting the pharmaceutical and health services industries and is undergoing a significant uplift in technology, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a practical, highimpact role where you will lead the IT function, manage daytoday operations, and drive critical programs like ISO certification, while mentoring a small team. What youll do Lead the full ISO program: gap analysis, remediation, ISMS implementation, and audit readiness. Manage support daytoday IT operations, including cloud (Azure), onprem infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. Deliver handson technology projects: ERP upgrades, system integrations, and infrastructure improvements. Oversee IT support, SLAs, and service quality across the business. Manage vendors, contracts, and IT budgets. Strengthen disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Coach and develop your small IT team, actively contributing to technical problemsolving. What were looking for Proven experience leading an organization through ISO certification. Strong technical expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. Comfortable being handson, delivering projects and solving technical challenges. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
