This role will involve a wide range of work across end-to-end recruitment, project management, compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with senior level stakeholders. A snapshot of the role Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment processfor a range of roles, with a focus on high volume projects. Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategiesto attract, source, and hire senior talent, aligning with organizational goals. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholdersto understand senior hiring needs Staying updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to remain competitive The successful candidate You are an experienced Talent Acquistion professional, with a background recruitingacross high volume projects.We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience: Previous experience working in Talent Acquistion (ideally within a corporate/commercial environment) with experience recruiting within a fast-paced, fast moving internal envrionement. Previous experience working up to 30 roles at any given time High-level communication skills High-level stakeholder management skills Full working working rights in Australia - unfortunately for this role we cannot consider those on working holiday visas.
