What you''ll do : Define own and govern programme scope, roadmap, milestones, success criteria and benefits realisation. Establish and operate programme governance (steering committees, working groups) to enable timely decisionmaking and visibility. Drive integrated planning across constituent projects; manage dependencies, sequencing and resource constraints including stakeholder communications. Oversee programme financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost control and benefits tracking. Identify, assess and mitigate enterpriselevel risks and issues; maintain risk registers and expedite as required. Oversee change control, configuration and release coordination across the programme. What we''re looking for : Extensive programme leadership experience (typically 10 years) delivering complex, largescale, multiyear, multigeography programmes. Proficiency in programme and project management frameworks and methodologies. Demonstrated experience in deploying AIled solutions. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget management, forecasting and benefits realisation. Demonstrable vendor and contract management experience across commercial delivery models. Familiarity with enterprise technologies and delivery models (cloud, SaaS, ERP, CRM, integration platforms). Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus and attention to delivery detail. Effective communicator who adapts style for different audiences and secures buyin from stakeholders.
