The Opportunity In this season of change, Diggers is seeking a new leader a Chief Executive Officer who will demonstrate a passion for guiding us on a journey of continued growth and revitalisation. You will spearhead strategic initiatives, collaborate with a dedicated team, and engage stakeholders to drive Diggers mission forward. From enhancing operational efficiency to amplifying impact, you will be at the forefront of leading the next successful growth season of Diggers. Head office and operations are based in beautiful Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula and offer a flexible working model for the CEO role. The Person You will need to demonstrate the following attributes : Driving sustainable change management, effective people leadership, strategic stakeholder management, innovative membership management / marketing / storytelling to foster value creation, fundraising education and opportunities for community connection to the natural world. Having a personal alignment and level of comfort with being an alternative voice and embodying the essence of a subversive gardener will be valued. Demonstrated experience in personal or professional sustainable practices is essential. Experience in profit for purpose, membership organisations or similar will be highly regarded.
