Coordinate and prepare papers for Board, Committee, and Management reporting, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance frameworks. Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings and appointments, and ensure the Chief Purpose Officer is fully prepared with all necessary documentation and pre-reading. About You Success depends on your ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, exercise exceptional organisational and coordination skills, and adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities to deliver accurate, high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines. Ideal Candidate Proven experience in executive-level assistance and administration, ideally within a large corporate environment. Advanced digital proficiency, including the ability to source and interpret information efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with sharp attention to detail and sound judgment in prioritising tasks.
