Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, youll lead a talented team of Regional Managers and collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, Marketing, Property, and Clinical Leadership to turn national strategy into regional success.As the General Manager Operations (QLD) you will be accountable for the strategic and operational performance of your region. Your leadership will directly influence clinic culture, commercial outcomes, and the quality of veterinary care.This role is more than operational oversight, it is about influence, vision, and impact.
