What Youll Do Lead by example to deliver amazing customer experiences Keep the venue sparkling clean, efficient, and full of good vibes Oversee inventory management and stock control Ensure health & safety standards are always met Recruit, train, and motivate an engaged, highperforming team Manage KPIs including labour, COGs, and P&L performance Who You Are A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus!)
