We have a new opportunity to join our People and Culture team, as a Head of Organisational Development and People Potential. At SGCH we arere driven by social purpose and committed to community and cultural inclusion. Now, we are looking for a visionary leader to take our OD strategy to the next level. This role will: Drive initiatives that foster a high-performing, highly engaged workforce. Design innovative programs, coaching frameworks, and career pathways. Shape talent strategy, implement talent mapping, succession planning, and internal mobility. Champion wellbeing and embed psychosocial safety, cultural competency, and RAP commitments. Drive transformation and change management to future proof SGCH. Deliver engagement programs, digital learning ecosystems, and recognition strategies. To succeed in this role, you will be a future focused, strategic thinker and apply your tertiary qualifications and experience in OD, talent management, and leadership development to design programs that build capability and drive performance. This is a permanent, full-time position. This role is a hybrid role and requires regular travel to all SGCH office locations including Redfern, Liverpool, St Leonards and Bonnyrigg. Proficiency in leveraging HR analytics and emerging technologies to inform strategic workforce planning, enhance decision-making, and improve employee experience. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence, build trust, and drive transformation across complex environments. This includes experience in acquisition and merger integration strategies, including cultural alignment and workforce planning.
